Our family was looking for something fun to do and we were torn. My husband wanted to go to an aquarium or just go away somewhere. My daughter (6yo) wanted to go to the "jumpy place" AKA a trampoline park. Our son (4yo with ASD) would have been happy playing in the sprinklers in the yard. I started doing research and found Elevate Trampoline Park and all the amenities at Black Oak Casino Resort. It had something for everyone! Here's what we did to make it the ultimate "stay-cation":
I booked 1 night at the hotel and that granted us access to the pool and water park. We spent $190 (after taxes) on a double queen-bed room. Our room was on the first floor and our view was the pool and water park! The kids loved it. Even just getting to sleep somewhere other than our house was a treat for the kids. We arrived at noon, and the hotel allowed us to check in early to get access to the pool. We went directly to the water park! The slides and splash zones were a hit.

After water play, we got changed back into our clothes and walked to the trampoline park. This place was awesome. The soft play climbing zone for under 6 years old was 3 stories and had 2 slides. There were 2 mega slides for children (and adults) over 5 years old. It shoots you out and you land on an inflatable crash pad. There was a ninja warrior type obstacle course area and a few basketball hoop jump spots. In the upper level, there was a couple padded landings from raised ledges to jump off of. The other zones were the open jump area and the dodgeball trampolines. That was all we used of the facility, but you can pay extra for other activities, like axe throwing and golf/multi-sport simulators.

90 minutes later, everyone was exhausted and hungry. We decided to go to Charlie's pizza inside the family floor of Black Oak! The pizza was super good, but the cheesy bread was amazing!! We ordered way too much food and took plenty back to our room for later. Our waitress was honestly the best service we have had at a restaurant in a long time.
To get to the restaurant, We had to pass by Kid Quest and Cyber Quest. My kids wouldn't let it go so we gave them $30 for the arcade games inside Cyber Quest. The arcade is not very big, and the games don't seem to reward with very many tickets, but we had a lot of fun. We did not utilize or check out Kid Quest in person, but I looked it up and it seems to be hourly child-care for children ages 30 months to 12 years old.
At the end of the trip, we spent less on gas since we stayed closer to home and were able to spend more on activities. That's a win in my book!
