As a parent, date nights can be scarce. Who watches the kids? Where do we go? Why is everything so expensive? I have the solution to all of those problems.
Keeping your kids safe is absolutely important but so is nourishing your relationship with your partner. I have found three options that may help keep those kids entertained so you can sneak out for a couple hours of adult time.
- Foothill Funhouse offers drop off care twice a month. Every first and third Friday, you can sign up for Parents Night Out. Drop the kids off to play with other kids and have dinner in a safe environment. It costs $35 per child (10% off if you have a membership).
- Talk to your friends about a childcare swap! you watch their kids one week and they watch your next week. built in play date every week and its free (or at least low cost if you want to order your friend pizza to thank them!).
- Split a babysitter with a friend. Have one sitter watch all the kids and split the cost. I see posts in the FB groups all the time of babysitters looking for work
Now onto what to do... I'm going to break this up by towns so you can scroll to where you want to be.
